The Board of Green Cargo and Sören Belin are in agreement that a new CEO profile is needed for Green Cargo, in order to meet the tough economic environment in which the company finds itself.
“Sören Belin was recruited during the economic boom to expand Green Cargo significantly. He has laid the foundation which will lead to growth. We now need a different profile to solve the task ahead of us in the coming years” says Håkan Buskhe, Chairman of the Green Cargo Board of Directors.
Sören Belin took over as CEO on July 1, 2007 and he completes his assignment as CEO on June 30, 2009.
“It has been really fun to maneuver towards a more international Green Cargo with logistic services that are more market oriented. The recession came in-between our growth plans. Green Cargo has a fantastic potential, and I will with great interest follow the company's development” says Sören Belin.
