We will analyse how we can translate the needs of our customers into an efficient production process via a Group-wide change program.

We will place considerable focus on how we handle customer feedback and complaints within the company. By training our employees in customer service, we can create the conditions for working proactively.
More comprehensive measurements result in better follow-up
During 2010, we will be able to measure our deliveries of empty wagons to the consignor. This means that we will get more comprehensive results that include both the punctuality of empty wagon deliveries and the punctuality of loaded wagons.
Possibility to receive efficient, extensive third-party logistics with world-class quality
Now that we have expanded our warehouse surface, our third-party logistics operations have the capacity to meet the strong demand and provide even more customers with access to this high-quality service.
