Green Cargo continuously work to prevent damages or delays. However, in cases where they still occur you need to report this without unreasonable delay (see Green Cargo General Terms and Conditions 2.15). You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a claim reference number after your claim has been registered.
Our inspection protocols for loose cargo carriers
This protocol is used at terminals when checking out load carriers.
