Sollefteå/Långsele–Västeraspby reopens on September 24 at 19:00 – but challenging traffic conditions remain

The section Sollefteå/Långsele–Västeraspby will reopen on September 24 at 19:00, but with significant speed restrictions in place until the infrastructure is deemed stable. Combined with the fact that our transports are still being rerouted, this continues to present challenges and limitations for our shipments to and from Norrland.

In addition, the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket) is carrying out daytime track work on the Botniabanan from today, Tuesday, September 23, until October 6 (estimated), between Nacksta and Västeraspby. This further limits our ability to operate transports to the extent the situation requires.

Due to this, our shipping embargo remains in effect.

We are maintaining close dialogue with Trafikverket to continuously communicate our needs and contribute to solutions.
