- Departure terminal
- Destination terminal
- Departure date and time
- Number of intermodal transport units, wagons or units
- Wagon type or flit no.
- Goods net weight (kilograms), and in intermodal transport the unit tare and goods weight.
- NHM number
- For intermodal units: Number of units and type/size (e.g. container/swap body/trailer)
- When in need of a connecting transport by truck: pick up/receiver address
- Dangerous goods: Dangerous goods declaration
- If appl. optional service according to agreement
- Other transport instructions (e.g. special cargo transport number)
- Other goods description (e.g. EWC code when transporting hazardous waste)
